Margaret Thatcher dubbed as The Iron Lady by a soviet journalist once said that 10 Downing Street also popularly known as Number 10 was “one of the most precious jewels in the national heritage (of United Kingdom)” She was referring to the headquarters of the Government of United Kingdom but little would have Margaret known that a pub chain in India would be set out to popularise UK’s heritage of having big pubs with large screens serving kings size pitchers and drinks along side nibbles seating you in old English style interiors. They could have done better though and Margret would agree.
10 Downing Street (we mean the pub) after its successful run (as they claim) at Hyderabad and Pune now has a new address at Mumbai’s financial capital, BKC. We had drinks (read mocktails) and dinner at the pub shaking a leg to a different genre of music being played through the evening. It was an evening of a few hits and few misses and below is our recommendation.

Wrapping up!
10 Downing Street with its old English style interiors is a chick place to be in. Good music and a little dance floor make it fun with your gang. The food has some scope for improvement and we can let enjoy some teething time in Mumbai until we visit them again. Party on!
