Bombay Barbeque by its very name defines the type and style of dining it offers. Situated in the commercial complex of Mindspace in Malad this one is surrounded by conglomerates and their intellectuals. A bright lit name across the host building makes them easily spottable. When you enter the facility there is an exterior seating section that is dim lit but lively with a breezy ambience. The interiors are bright lit with air conditioning and have the buffet spread lined up with variety of live counters, desserts, buffet, a bar and many more. You are sure to commit the sin of overeating here for two reasons; the taste and wide variety.
We visited them on a Saturday evening and found the interiors fully occupied. Inspite of the high number of visitors the staff managed the evening very well and paid good attention to every table adding happy customers.
They served :
6 veg starters (changing menu)
4 of 6 barbeque starters served on a live barbeque grill at the table (Mushroom, Pineapple, Paneer, Sweet corn, Potato) – #MFTRecomends
Live Chaat counter with over 6 varieties – #MFTRecommends
Mocktails (Charged Extra) : Salty Beach – #MFTRecommends
Agra special live counter that served Chole bhature, Aloo tikki chaat and other Tawa subzis
DIY Asian cuisine counter
Pan Pizzas (3 veg options)
Indian cuisine served in Buffet with veggies (6 options), biryani, dal (#MFTRecommends), Kadhi (#MFTRecommends) etc and breads served hot on the table.
Hot dessert live station included Malpua and Jalebis with Rabdi
Cold Dessert buffet; varieties of Indian desserts and pastries
We enjoyed most of the variety they served and also appreciate their quality of food and service. At the end of this meal, we were unconsciously stuffed leaving a few dishes untried. Well we guess some things had to be kept for next time. We are sure to visit them again but with a more developed appetite.
