Just like the name suggests this place is a feast for every Indian cuisine fanatic mainly Rajasthani and Gujarati. The decor of this outlet is done very interestingly with various spices filled up in glass frames. The seating is majorly upholstered sofas which are comfortable.
They serve their meals like were served to the Maharajas at one time. Their Royal lavish thali includes approximately 30 delicacies including salads, chutneys, papads, farsans, sweets, desi drinks, breads, veggies, rice options etc. We are their fans and visited them again for a HOLI SPECIAL THALI this time and below are our recommendations.
Santra Saloni (Fresh Bengali Sandwich)
Dal Baati Churma
Aloo Zeera Sukha Sabji
Hot Fulka rotis (can be customised to crisp or soft)
Palak Bharwan roll
Moong dal halwa
Apple Basundi (watery)
Thandai (watery with just flavour)
The menu is different everyday and they introduce special menus at the time of festivals which are drool worthy. The food is a complete meal with various delicacies of North western Indian food. The servers are very generous with their servings and are happy to feed you until you can accommodate the last bite. The founder and director Mr. Ashish Maheshwari has done a good job setting up the place and serving hundreds of guests everyday with royal food while sticking to our Indian roots.
P.S. : Do not miss their Kesar Chandan drink in the beginning and keep space for their Paan in the end.
